A patent does not protect the "Elastic Rope System" system. It can be used freely. No company, be it German, Swiss or French can claim the invention of this system.
The only patents existing concerning "Bungy Trampoline" protects the architectural design of the structure. Each one being different, each displays the characteristic style of the constructors.
As for the "Elastic Rope System", it was commercialized in 1991 in Italy without being patented - therefore no patent protects the construction, commercialization or the exploitation of this system.
As a result of this, Bruno ANNESI has patented its designs (structures) under international patent, which protect industrial property internationally.
